Take your home program anywhere!
- Check in everyday to log your pain level and watch your videos
- Navigate to ‘My Assignments’ to view your videos
- Even when you master the exercises log in and mark complete in the app to stay accountable to your program
- Easily reach out with questions, comments, concerns with the built in chat feature
- Your therapist has prescribed this as part of your plan of care.
- Your therapist, along with our remote providers, use this platform to progress your treatment
Monitoring
Our Remote providers
- Remote providers are an integral part of your care team
- They will be monitoring your progress with your home program as well as with your in clinic treatment
- They are required by insurance to reach out once per month via phone to speak directly to you, so please expect and answer their call!
- They communicate with your therapist directly about your care to improve your outcomes and get you back to what you love to do more efficiently!
